We sourced this wine from the prestigious Roberts Road Vineyard, which yields some of the finest Pinot Noir grown by the Sangiacomo family. We selected specific vines grafted to Dijon Clone 777 to give this wine its richly textured dark-berry and terroir expression. Wild-yeast fermentation and aging in French oak added even more complexity. The Acacia Vineyard Sangiacomo Pinot Noir is elegant and feminine with supple tannins and has flavors like cherry, plum, black tea and red rose petal.
