2019 Beaulieu Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a bouquet of dark red berry fruit, supported by briary cherry, and tea leaf herbaceous notes. The palate follows through nicely with juicy and bright strawberry preserves, black raspberry, black cherry, and cola, supported by delicate hints of mint, mocha and dark chocolate. The tannins are smooth and round offering a plush texture and mouthfeel, with a classic balance and structure that complements the character of this wine. Well integrated baking spice notes of vanilla bean, cinnamon, and ginger from the toasted oak barrels seamlessly compliment the lively berry fruit aromas and flavors leading to a long savory finish with focused acidity. This crowd-pleasing Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is incredibly drinkable now, upon release, and can age for many years to come.
2019 Sterling Vineyards Napa Valley Merlot
Sterling Vineyards wines express true varietal character—that set of aromas and flavors a grape variety develops when grown in the terroir that suits it best. This Merlot boasts vivid aromas of fresh blackberry jam, red cherry, milk chocolate and baking spice. The wine is round and with good weight and generous flavors of blackberry bramble, toasted oak and cocoa. The wine is full-bodied with great concentration, silky tannins and a lengthy finish.
2019 Etude Lyric Pinot Noir
Bright and youthful, with a lovely shimmering red ruby color, this Pinot Noir is fresh and vibrant. Fruit-forward aromas of ripe strawberry, red raspberry and Bing cherry sit alongside baking spice notes of cinnamon, clove and vanilla, with a hint of floral perfume. On the plate, red fruits drive the flavor profile with notes of macerated strawberry, red currant, dark raspberry and red cherry, supported by soft tannins and a silky finish. This wine exemplifies the perfect balance of freshness and acidity, with fresh fruit and delicate oak, making this a perfect pairing crowd-pleaser to accompany a variety of cuisines.
2020 19 Crimes Cali Red
Color: Dark purple with rich berry.
Nose: Ripe black fruit, accented with distinct, smoky, American oak aromas of vanilla and hazelnut.
Palate: Full and dense, with strong black & blue fruit from the Petite Sirah, complemented by bright red, slightly candied fruit in the background from the Zinfandel. The dark toasted oak integrates these flavors and finishes on a slightly sweet note.
