Our richest Chardonnay. Traditional winemaking techniques lead the way, imparting a silky, creamy texture, aided by allowing all of the Chardonnay to undergo malolactic/secondary fermentation before final blending to encourage a decadently rich mouthfeel and creamy finish. The wine is allowed to age and gain added complexity for six months prior to bottling.
This enticing Chardonnay opens with bold aromas of ripe tropical fruit, accented by flavors of crème brûlée, spiced apple and lemon meringue on the palate. This Chardonnay is full-bodied and buttery with a beautiful, creamy sweetness balanced by natural acidity and oak integration delivering a toasty vanilla finish.
